RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For any returns and exchanges simply contact us at info@blueblanketjeans.com. BlueBlanket accept return or exchanges on items in original conditions with all tags attached. We reserved the right to reject any items that do not meet our requirements. ATTENTION: your returns shipment must be shipped within the 14 days of receipt. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipment.

You will receive a return label to print and attach to your package.
Once we receive the product, we will check its condition and proceed with:
 • Size exchange, or
 • Refund using the same payment method you used to purchase.

REFUNDS

After receiving your returned item, if we approved your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

RECEIVING A DEMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

Customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This policy also applies in the event of a return, and any customs-related costs incurred will remain the buyer’s responsibility.
